Idle Adventure RPGTerms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Idle Adventure RPG: Guild (the "Game"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game on your own device for non-commercial entertainment. The Game, including its code, art, audio and text, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute it, except where the law allows.
2. Your account
The Game can create a player account for cloud save, the Arena and purchases, using Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS). You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in secure. See our Privacy Policy for how account data is handled and how to delete it.
3. Virtual items and purchases
Gold, gems, packs and other in-game items are virtual items with no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Purchases are processed by the app store (for example Google Play) and are governed by its terms and refund policy. Virtual items are licensed to you, not sold, and you do not own them. Because virtual items are delivered immediately, purchases are generally final except where the law or the store's policy says otherwise.
4. Advertising
The Game may show ads, including optional rewarded ads. Watching a rewarded ad is voluntary.
5. Fair play
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or modified clients, tamper with the Game's data or servers, or interfere with other players' experience, including in the Arena and leaderboards. We may reset progress, remove rewards, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
6. Availability and changes
The Game is provided as an evolving product. We may update, change, rebalance or remove content and features, and may suspend or end the service. Online features need an internet connection. We try to keep saves safe but cannot guarantee that progress will never be lost.
7. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits or virtual items arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Termination
You may stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
