This Privacy Policy explains what information Idle Adventure RPG (the "Game") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Game you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information collected automatically:
- Device and app information: device model, operating system version, language, app version, and app performance data.
- Identifiers: Firebase installation ID, advertising ID (Google Advertising ID), and a player ID generated for your game account (via PlayFab).
- Approximate location: your country, derived from your IP address by our game backend (PlayFab) and by the advertising SDK. We do not collect precise GPS location. The country is shown as a flag next to your name to other players in the Arena and on leaderboards, and the advertising SDK uses approximate location to serve ads.
- Usage data (analytics): in-game events such as level progress, quests completed, purchases, ads watched, and session length.
- Crash and diagnostic data: crash logs and performance information to help us fix bugs.
- Approximate location: derived from your IP address (country/region level only). We do not collect precise GPS location.
Information you may provide:
- Google Play Games account info: if you sign in with Google Play Games, we receive your player ID and display name to save progress and sync across devices.
- Purchase information: when you buy in-app items, Google Play processes the payment. We receive purchase confirmation (product ID, transaction ID) but never your payment card details.
- Game progress data: your saved game state (cloud save).
We do not knowingly collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or microphone/camera data.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate and maintain the Game, including saving and restoring your progress.
- To process and validate in-app purchases, and to notify us when a purchase happens so we can detect problems and fraud.
- To show advertisements, including rewarded ads that give you in-game rewards.
- To analyze usage, fix bugs, and improve gameplay and balance.
- To send local notifications (e.g. reminders that your idle rewards are ready). You can disable these in your device settings.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-party services
The Game uses third-party services that may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

4. Advertising
The Game displays ads served by Google AdMob, which may use the advertising ID to show personalized or non-personalized ads. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization at any time in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads). Where required by law (e.g. EEA, UK), we request your consent before showing personalized ads.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above (who process it on our behalf), when required by law, or to protect our rights and users' safety.
6. Data retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the Game and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can delete your game account and the data linked to it yourself, inside the Game, at any time. Uninstalling the Game does not automatically delete server-side data.
Account and data deletion
In the Game (instant): open Settings (gear icon) → Account tab → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm. This permanently deletes your player account, cloud save, heroes, pets, gems, items and Arena rank from our servers and from your device.
Without the Game: if you can no longer open the Game, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" and your player ID. We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Data we must keep for legal or tax reasons, and payment records held by Google Play, are not affected. Anonymous analytics and crash reports collected through Firebase are kept for a limited period under Google's retention settings. Purchases are not refunded and cannot be restored after deletion. 7. Data security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information, such as encrypted (HTTPS) transmission. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or under the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
10. International transfers
Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country, including in the United States, where data protection laws may differ. We rely on our providers' safeguards for such transfers.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated policy.
